It doesn't stay around long enough to even think if spoiling! I have a nice feeder from my hardware supplier that has screen around it to keep the blackbirds from gobbling it, but I felt bad for the red belly and brown thrashers, so I decided to just let the grackles have some. It comes in safflower as well. We used to have some really pretty Parrot Feathers from our original planting (back in 2000), but they, and the other fancier tulips have just faded away and disappeared over the years. How long have you had yours?
